1. Introduction

Closrr is a performance-tracking platform for high-ticket closers, individual or in teams, operated by Simplifi Digital LLC. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, how we protect it and your rights. By using Closrr you accept the practices described.

2. Information we collect

We collect:

• Account info: email, name (if provided) and authentication data on signup.
• CRM data: meetings, prospects, call outcomes, notes and tracking metrics you log or sync.
• Incoming lead data: if your admin connects campaigns or forms to the leads webhook, we receive the data those tools send (name, email, phone and origin data such as source, campaign and ad) to create the prospect and attribute sales.
• Team data: if you're a mentor/leader, link to the closers in your team and visibility over their activity (calls, follow-ups, funnel and aggregate metrics).
• Integration data: info from services you choose to connect, like Google Calendar (events, attendees, schedules), Slack (the webhook URL used to send alerts to your channel) or Fathom (summaries and transcripts of your recorded calls).
• Usage data: platform interactions, preferences and selected language.
• Technical info: IP, browser type, OS and interaction data.
• Payment data: processed securely via third-party payment providers. We don't store credit card data.

3. Use of Google Calendar API and Google data

When you connect your Google account to Closrr, we access only the info needed to provide CRM functionality: read your calendar events, attendees, schedules and meeting links. Closrr complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.

This means:

• We don't sell data obtained from Google to any third party, under any circumstances.
• We don't use Google data for advertising, profiling, or to train generalized or third-party AI models.
• Your Google Calendar data is used exclusively to show your meetings inside Closrr.
• Data is private to the user and only you can see it within your Closrr account. Our staff doesn't access it except for tech support requested by you, security incidents, or legal compliance.
• We don't transfer Google data to third parties, except to infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service, all under confidentiality obligations.
• You can revoke access from Closrr to your Google account anytime, from Integrations or from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• When you revoke access we stop syncing new data and delete synced data within a reasonable time, unless legally required.

4. How we use your info

We use your info to:

• Provide, maintain and improve Closrr's CRM service.
• Sync your calendar and meetings from authorized integrations.
• Show you metrics, history and summaries: including AI-generated insights: derived from your own data.
• Allow mentors/team leaders to see the full sales flow: funnel, sales attribution by origin, each closer's progress, and calls pending to be logged.
• Manage your account, subscription and billing.
• Communicate with you about updates, changes or service incidents.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized activity.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal info. Internal access is restricted to strictly necessary staff. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

6. Data sharing

We don't sell or rent your personal data, and data from your integrations (Google Calendar, Fathom) is never shared or used for advertising or for training general-purpose AI models. We only share limited info with:

• Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, payment processors and AI providers used solely to generate summaries/insights inside your account, all under confidentiality obligations.
• Advertising measurement (Meta): when you create your account, start the trial or buy a plan, we tell Meta that the event happened so we can measure our ads. We send your email and user ID irreversibly encrypted (hashed), the plan and amount, and technical visit data (IP, browser). We never send your calls, prospects, metrics or integration data.
• Your mentor or team leader: if you're part of a team, your account's admin can see your metrics and the status of your activity (calls, prospecting and anything pending to be logged).
• Legal obligations: when required by law, court order or binding legal process.
• Rights protection: when needed to protect rights, safety or property of Simplifi Digital LLC or its users.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your stored personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your data in a readable format.
• Revoke Closrr's access to any integration (Google Calendar, Fathom, Slack) anytime.
• Withdraw your consent for data processing anytime.
• File a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies for sessions, theme preferences and authentication. We also use the Meta pixel, which stores cookies to measure our ads' performance, and analytics tools to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete these cookies from your browser settings.

9. Data retention

We keep your personal data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request account deletion, we delete your personal data and integration-synced data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain longer.

10. Changes to this policy

Simplifi Digital LLC may update this privacy policy periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes through the service or by email. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
