By accessing or using Closrr, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you don't agree with any of them, you must not use the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future modifications.
Closrr is a performance-tracking platform for high-ticket closers. It is used in two ways. As an individual account, each closer has their own workspace: calls imported from Google Calendar or added by hand, outcome and ticket per call, metrics (show rate, close rate, cash collected, commissions), call summaries via Fathom and a PDF report for the period. As a team account, an admin (mentor, coach or agency owner) runs their own branded workspace where their team of closers works the full flow: leads from campaigns or forms, calls, funnel, sales attribution and individual and team metrics. Closrr integrates with third-party services each user chooses to connect (Google Calendar, Fathom, Slack and others). We may change or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.
Closrr is an organization and tracking tool. All generated data, metrics and summaries are for reference. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes. You're solely responsible for the decisions you make based on the information shown.
To use Closrr you must create an account with accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
Closrr lets you connect services like Google Calendar, Fathom or Slack. By connecting an integration you authorize Closrr to access only the info needed for that feature. You can revoke access anytime from Integrations or from the provider's security settings.
Individual accounts get a 7-day free trial with every feature and no card. When it ends, you continue on the paid plan. Current prices are published at closrr.app; in Argentina they are charged in pesos through Mercado Pago and elsewhere in US dollars by card (Stripe). The annual plan equals ten months. Team accounts are custom-priced and agreed separately. Prices may change with prior notice; subscriptions already in place keep their price until cancelled. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from My account in the app, without contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep full access until then, and your data stays saved afterwards in case you come back. No refunds are issued for unused partial periods, unless required by applicable law.
You may not use Closrr for illegal or fraudulent activities or activities that infringe third-party rights. You may not attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the service, or use bots or automated scripts without express authorization.
Plans with "unlimited" features are subject to fair use. Closrr may limit or suspend access for excessive or abusive use, including automated use, bulk syncing via scripts/bots, or any activity that degrades service quality for other users.
You're solely responsible for the information you enter, sync or manage through Closrr. By using Closrr you declare you have the necessary rights over the info of your prospects and meetings, and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
All content, design, code, brand, logos and technology of Closrr are the exclusive property of Simplifi Digital LLC. Data you enter or sync is yours. You don't acquire any rights over the underlying technology.
Closrr is provided "as is" and "as available". Simplifi Digital LLC does not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service. We won't be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify Simplifi Digital LLC, its directors, employees and agents against any claim, demand, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We won't be liable to you or third parties for any modification, suspension or interruption.
Simplifi Digital LLC reserves the right to modify these terms anytime. Changes will be notified through the service or by email and take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that state.
